Ages 6 to 9
Workshop I is a group of children going through the stage of childhood, specifically between 6 and 9 years old. This heterogeneous group is in the process of leaving behind an egocentric phase, giving way to a stage where questioning and curiosity become central. It is the moment when countless questions emerge, marking the age of stories, tales, the "whys" and the need to understand the "how", "when" and "where". This phase is also characterized by the desire to socialize, to belong and to feel part of a group and the culture that surrounds them.
In Workshop I, children make significant progress every day, enjoying word games, tongue twisters and expressions of popular culture. It is a period full of discovery and growth, where children begin to integrate the cognitive and social tools that will accompany them throughout their lives.
Schedules
The Workshop I schedule is structured to offer a day of approximately 4 hours of online classes per day, combining academic and artistic activities with rest periods. Mornings begin with centering lines and planning, followed by blocks dedicated to key areas such as language, mathematics, sciences, history and geography. In addition, art, music, English and movement game workshops are included.
Throughout the day, 15 to 20 minute breaks are integrated to ensure that children can maintain a healthy and balanced work rhythm. Mondays begin with activities designed to set the tone for the week, including planning and personal work, which allows children a smooth transition into the academic and creative tasks that will follow.
