Children's House

Ages 3 to 6

At the Children's House level, children are full of enthusiasm to learn. Their eagerness to explore makes it essential to offer them a prepared and appropriate environment. The prepared physical environment allows movement and the manipulation of materials designed to their scale. The guide presents diverse work experiences based on each child's individual needs and interests, respecting their sensitive periods to introduce new skills in a natural and effective way.

The emotional environment fosters a space where children feel safe to express themselves and share their ideas, learning to listen with empathy and to collaborate with their peers, thus developing key social skills. The experiences offered provide freedom to explore areas such as practical life, sensorial, sciences, language, arts and mathematics. Each of these areas fosters autonomy and allows children to choose and learn at their own pace.

In the Children's House classroom, every day is an opportunity to discover, grow and enjoy the process of learning.

Schedule

The Children's House schedule is carefully designed to offer a balance between group and individual activities, with a total of approximately 2.5 hours online per day and 2 hours of personal work while offline. Each day includes sessions of personal work, practical life, language, mathematics and sensorial sciences, complemented with activities such as movement games, English, music, yoga and art. In addition, breaks and rest periods are included to ensure that children maintain a healthy and balanced rhythm.

On Mondays especially, the start of the week is emphasized with activities that allow a smooth transition into the daily routines, providing extra time for movement games and personal check-ins, which helps children begin the week in a positive and energized way. The days are structured to include both online and offline activities, promoting comprehensive development in a prepared environment that is respectful of children's natural rhythms.
